IKA grants international certification to its graduates from around the world, after they have met all the training and certification requirements according to the results-oriented coaching and consulting methodology. This methodology is exclusive to IKA and was developed by IKA founder Reuven Katz. The certification is provided through IKA's International Certification Division. We operate with the highest professional responsibility towards our clients. Accordingly, the procedure is designed to ensure that a coach and strategic consultant who receives any certificate from IKA has an appropriate level of professional competence and is up-to-date with methodological innovations and relevant ethical updates. This procedure is carried out through periodic professional refreshes of IKA's methodology and code of ethics according to the rules defined in the procedure, which were formulated as a result of extensive accumulated experience following many years of professional activity.
